Ricardo graduated with a degree in Agricultural Engineering, developing his scholarship thesis investigation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in an multi municipality project, developed in 10 municipalities along the road Patacamaya – Tambo Quemado near the border between Bolivia – Chile, related water projects in the area. Likewise, he worked in other NGOs in the field of farming, harvesting, plagues, irrigation training and crops technology extension, all of these related on Andean crops. Then he worked in other construction companies, where he was assigned to work in the field of construction management of irrigation structures, water catchment, storage, distribution and also other structures on the field of water for human and animal consumption like water wells and drinking point structures.
Ricardo is originally from La Paz, Bolivia, speaks Spanish, some English and Aymara (a native indigenous language).
